However, leading difficult conversations is a major challenge for many people.<br>There is often a lack of balance between appreciation and clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunately, there are versatile theories and tried and tested methods with which conversations and meetings can be conducted in a goal-oriented and appreciative manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I offer the training sessions in individual modules with units on theoretical basics, self-reflection and method teaching. The modules can be selected according to previous knowledge and tried out with case studies from one&#8217;s own practice.
