There is often a lack of balance between appreciation and clarity.
Fortunately, there are versatile theories and tried and tested methods with which conversations and meetings can be conducted in a goal-oriented and appreciative manner.
I offer the training sessions in individual modules with units on theoretical basics, self-reflection and method teaching. The modules can be selected according to previous knowledge and tried out with case studies from one’s own practice. A training unit can be booked by arrangement for up to 15 people.
